WARRANTY AND REPAIRYour product developed a fault In the future, you will be able to open your After-Sales file online. These days, it is advisable to call us or to send us an email to sales@vitafon.info. We will open the After-Sales file for you and send you an email containing the address to ship the product to and other necessary instructions. LifeForm Inc. will act as a mediator between you and manufacturer's Repair Centre (RC) and we will do all our possible to solve your problem. Nevertheless, as we represent but an "interface" between you and the RC, we cannot be held responsible for a possible negative statement of the RC. Mind also that eventually that you cover the freight to ship your product to the LifeForm Inc. After receiving your product, the concerned RC will examine it to reveal its defects and if it is repairable under manufacturer's guarantee or not. Your product is under manufacturer's warranty All our products are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The warranty agreement is concluded between you (the client) and the manufacturer by the act of purchase. Furthermore LifeForm Inc. provides internal guarantee card/warranty on each product we sell. LifeForm Inc. 's guarantee/warranty supersedes original manufacturer's guarantee/warranty. The warranty period is given by the contract and its conditions differ according to the manufacturer. You shall carefully read the LifeForm Inc. warranty card and/or the manual enclosed in the package and keep them. The manufacturer's warranty covers all the technical and mechanical dysfunctions which appear while you normally use your product (see the warranty/guarantee card). The manufacturer's warranty does not cover the original accessories sold with the product, neither the LifeForm Inc. warranty. Only the Repair Centers (RCs) examine the broken product and decide whether or not they are repairable under guarantee. If the RC concludes that all the conditions are kept, the product is repairable under manufacturer's guarantee. This means that you will be charged for neither the examination, nor the reparation. You will solely have to pay for the shipping costs to deliver your product to the RC and, exceptionally, you will also have to meet the shipment back to you . If the RC finds out that not all the conditions are kept, it will not be able to repair your product under manufacturer's guarantee. LifeForm Inc's guarantee/warranty supersedes original manufacturer's guarantee/warranty. The time necessary to repair your product may vary according to differed RCs concerned, as well as according to the kind of dysfunctionning, to the time necessary to deliver the missing piece and so on. The initial warranty period has expired No possibility to open your After-Sales case, not even online. The warranty was refused by the manufacturer If the initial warranty period has not expired you will be able to create your After-Sales file online or we will be able to give you Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Still this does not mean that your product is repairable under warranty. Only the Repair Centre (RC) can check if all the necessary conditions to repair it under warranty are kept. In its expertise, the RC can come to a conclusion to repair your product under warranty as well as to refuse to do so (in case of shock, oxidation, etc, please, read the warranty/guarantee card/manual).
In case the RC refuses to repair it under warranty and it will sum up a quotation for the reparation. This quotation will be sent to you to your approval or refusal: LifeForm Inc. will act as a mediator between you and manufacturer's RC anyway, and we will do all our possible to solve your problem. Nevertheless, as we represent but an "interface" between you and the RC, we cannot be held responsible for a possible negative statement of the RC. |
